Sanan Optoelectronics announced that the board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal of the company to sign the "Investment Agreement" with the Xiamen Torch Development Zone Management Committee, and decided to invest in the development and manufacturing of LED epitaxial and chip industrialization projects in the development zone.
According to the "Investment Agreement", the total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, the total scale is 200 MOCVD (converted by 2 inches and 54 pieces), and 100 MOCVD equipments are started in the first phase. The construction period is one year, all the workshops and related production. The supporting facilities will be completed within two years.
