Dalian Zhongtuo Bidding Agency Co., Ltd. was commissioned by Dalian Ocean and Fisheries Bureau to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement on its LED electronic large-screen procurement project. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to register for the negotiation.

Second, the project content:
LED electronic large screen 1 block
Note: Suppliers are required to provide non-imported products in the negotiation procurement documents, otherwise they will be regarded as invalid quotation response documents.
Imported products refer to products that have been placed in China through customs clearance and produced outside the customs.
Third, the supplier's qualification requirements:
a) An independent enterprise legal person registered in China with a registered capital of not less than RMB 500,000;
b) The supplier must have a legal and valid authorization for the LED electronic screen of the product being invested.
4. The supplier shall provide the following information when purchasing the negotiation procurement documents:
The original copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person, the original copy of the tax registration certificate and a corresponding copy of each copy (the photocopy must be stamped with official seal). The procurement agent will conduct a preliminary examination of the supplier (only for the negotiation of the procurement documents), and after the initial examination, the negotiation procurement documents will be issued. The detailed qualification review will be subject to the negotiation team's deliberation.
V. Time and place for the negotiation of the procurement documents: From December 3, 2008, every day from 08:30 to 17:00 (Beijing time, except public holidays and holidays), the Dalian Procurement Bidding Agency Co., Ltd. will issue negotiating procurement documents ( Room 1418, Xilinmen Building, Friendship Road, Zhongshan District, Dalian City).
Sixth, the price of negotiating procurement documents (RMB): 200 yuan / set, not refundable after sale.
VII. Time and place of negotiation: At 13:30 on December 10, 2008 (Beijing time), the negotiation room (No. 2 Yingchun Road) on the first floor of Dalian Administrative Service Center will be negotiated.
