The meeting held that the industrial chain of Shaanxi Province is complete, the talents are obvious, the resources are sufficient, and the good foundation for the rapid development of solar photovoltaic and semiconductor lighting industry should be based on the guidance of large groups, large project support, cluster development and park management. Focusing on the development direction of silicon material processing, solar photovoltaic cell and module production, semiconductor chip development, high-power packaging, semiconductor lighting application, and special equipment research and development, breaking through a number of key technologies, implementing a number of large-scale industrialization projects, and building a number of majors. The park and base will make the solar photovoltaic and semiconductor lighting industries bigger and stronger as soon as possible.
After listening to reports from relevant departments and enterprises, Yuan Chunqing pointed out that on the basis of strengthening investigation and demonstration and improving planning, speeding up development, making large-scale and rapidly occupying the commanding heights of the industry, and greatly improving solar photovoltaic and semiconductor lighting in Shaanxi Province in a short period of time. The core competitiveness of the industry has made it a new growth pole for Shaanxi's economic development. In the aspects of planning, updating technology, fund raising, and personnel training, all levels and departments must increase support, improve service levels, and create a favorable environment for the accelerated development of related enterprises.
