Generally speaking, first- and second-star hotels are relatively small-scale buildings. In terms of lighting electrical design, there are no special places like other public buildings. Three-star hotels and above, except for bungalow-style buildings and resorts, Most of them are high-rise buildings. In addition to the common features of high-rise civil buildings, they also have their special characteristics. For the lighting electrical profession, there are roughly the following requirements:

I. Basic requirements:

First, the power supply and load estimation:

1. The hotel's power supply line should have two high voltages and come from different high voltage substations.

2. In order to ensure the important load power supply, the hotel must set up the diesel generator set as the emergency backup power supply. When the mains power is lost, the generator must be started immediately and can be put into normal load operation within 15s. The unit should be interlocked with the power system. It shall not be operated in parallel with it. When the utility power is restored, the unit shall automatically withdraw from the work and delay the shutdown. The capacity of the diesel generator set should meet the following important load power requirements: fire load and security load, life pump, all or part of the passenger elevator, kitchen power, restaurant 1/4-1/3 lighting, boiler room, room lighting (at least There should be a light), telephone exchange, cable TV room, computer room, cold storage (total warehouse) and so on.

Second, the lighting system:

1. The lighting brightness of the following locations must be dimmable and changeable (the specific solution can be drawn up by the lighting designer):

All restaurants, bars, conference rooms, banquet halls, lobby, multi-purpose halls, private rooms.

2. Lamps for gas rooms, daily fuel tanks and dangerous goods warehouses shall be of explosion-proof type.

3. The lighting control switch of the hotel's public hall, foyer, lounge, grand staircase, public walkway, guest room walkway, outdoor courtyard, fire stairs and front room, evacuation passage, underground walkway, etc. The service desk (the main service desk or the corresponding service desk) is centrally controlled or controlled by BA.

Third, the broadcast audio system:

1. Background music broadcasts must be provided in walkways, elevators, lobby, restaurants, cafes, public restrooms, bars, private rooms, staff restaurants, locker rooms, service rooms, back-office areas and other public places. volume.

2. A separate sound reinforcement system should be provided in the multi-purpose hall and other places.

3. There should be a broadcast receiving device in the room that can listen to no less than 4 programs: 2 sets of music, 2 sets of local radio programs (FM). The broadcast program can be placed on a TV channel, transmitted via the hotel's internal TV line, or a dedicated broadcast transmission line.

4. The cable broadcasting system should double as a fire emergency broadcast. The system should be determined according to the requirements of the fire emergency broadcast. The fire emergency broadcast must be able to automatically cut to each area and play it.

Fourth, the telephone system:

1. The program-controlled switch has large traffic volume for incoming and outgoing calls, and does not require direct dialing function. The attendant console has strong functions. In order to meet the needs of hotel room management and passengers, room control, message center, room status, do not disturb, automatic wake up, integrated voice and data system functions should be provided, and the platform of the hotel management system can be friendly.

2. The capacity of the program-controlled switch should be twice the number of rooms.

3. There should be at least two telephone lines in each room and the numbers are different. One way for parallel room phone and bathroom phone, the other way for guests to access the Internet or fax, each channel uses 4-core phone line, of which 2 cores are used as spare.

5. Cable TV system:

1. Hotel TV programs must have local Taiwanese, CCTV, and overseas satellite TV programs, including: news, movies, entertainment, finance, sports and other programs.

2. All multi-purpose halls, conference rooms, restaurants, bars, staff restaurants, gyms, private rooms, entertainment venues, etc., should have 1 to 3 cable TV terminals.

3. There should be at least one cable TV terminal per room.

4. Because the receiving antenna of the satellite TV system is installed at the highest point of the hotel building, the danger of direct lightning strike is increased, so lightning protection measures should be taken.

Sixth, automatic fire alarm system:

In addition to the design according to (Fire Automatic Alarm System Design Specification) (GB5011698), the following requirements should also be met:

1. Fire emergency broadcasts must be switched to each room during a fire, and the speakers can be installed on the ceiling at the entrance.

2. Automatic gas fire extinguishing devices should be installed in boiler room, high and low voltage power distribution room, transformer room and generator room.

3. Hanging automatic gas fire extinguishers or automatic gas fire extinguishing devices should be installed in the telephone exchange room and computer room.

4. Fire doors on all floors leading to fire doors outside the hotel must have local alarm and control room alarm functions.

5. The smoke detector in the room should have an address code.
