Han Wenke told reporters that according to the "Planning" requirements, the installed capacity of renewable energy power generation in 2020 will account for more than 30% of the total installed capacity of power. The specific goal is to achieve a total installed capacity of 5 million kilowatts of wind power and 300,000 kilowatts of solar power by 2010. By 2020, the total installed capacity of hydropower should reach 300 million kilowatts, and wind power and solar power should be respectively achieved. 30.15 million kilowatts and 1.8 million kilowatts, biomass energy will reach the goal of 30 million kilowatts by 2020.
