The equipment utilizes cascade refrigeration technology, intelligent digital display instruments, and PID temperature control. About Parameter Setting
1. Time Parameter Setting:
Press the ">" key to enter the time display mode. The lower row of the screen will light up, and you can press the "∧" key to modify the value. The unit of time is seconds.
2. Temperature Parameter Setting:
All parameter settings, including PID and control parameters, are pre-adjusted at the factory. You can only modify the “Set Temperature†(SV) by pressing the "∧" and "∨" buttons on the temperature control meter.
3. For other parameter settings on the “Timer Meter†and “Temperature Control Instrument,†please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
Instructions
- Connect the power cable and turn on the “Power†switch on the control panel. Power on the “Cooling Temperature†table, “Test Temperature†table, and “Timer†table. Once the system is powered on normally, the “Test Temperature†PV will display the current “Cold Probe†temperature.
- Set the “Test Temperature†SV according to your experimental standard, then press the “Start†button. The indicator light will turn on, and the system will begin a delay start. The test will then proceed.
- Note: Since the equipment uses cascade refrigeration technology, the first-stage compression system will start first. After approximately 7 minutes, the second-stage compression system will activate automatically. The “Temperature Control Instrument†PV on the control panel will show the cooling process, which is normal. There’s no need to worry about this.
- When the temperature reaches the set value, start the experiment. Press the chronograph button to begin timing. When the time is up, the alarm light will turn on, and you can proceed to the next test.
- After completing the test, press the “Start†button again to turn off the indicator light and stop the system. Then, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
Usage and Precautions
- This equipment uses a compressor refrigeration system. Before using it for the first time, make sure to let it rest for at least 4 hours. Also, ensure that there is a minimum of 30 minutes between two consecutive startups.
- During operation, be cautious of frostbite caused by the extremely low temperature of the “cold probe.â€
- Only trained professionals should handle the equipment. Unauthorized disassembly may lead to safety hazards or damage to the device.
