This instrument is designed to measure both lime dosage, cement dosage, and the effective calcium oxide content in lime. It offers accurate and real-time readings for a variety of industrial and construction applications.

Instructions:

1) Function Selection: This button allows you to choose different measurement functions such as mV (potentiometer), C1 (lime dosage), C2 (cement dosage), and CaO (calcium oxide). Pressing this button unlocks the data for further use.

2) Calibration: Press the calibration button. After 3 seconds, the instrument enters the calibration mode. Tap the button again to switch between the calibration items. Enter calibration points 1 and 2 for accurate results.

3) Automatic Measurement: Once activated, the stirring starts automatically. After 60 seconds, the stirring stops, and after 20 more seconds, the display locks the data. Press the function selection key to unlock it if needed.

4) Clear: This function clears the current voltage reading. It is only active in mV mode and helps reset the zero point for accurate potential difference measurements.

5) Print: Used to print the current test results. Ensure that the printer is powered on, connected properly, and has paper and ribbon installed before printing.

6) Start/Stop: Controls the operation of the stirring motor—start or stop as required.

7) Speed Control: Adjusts the mixing motor speed. You can select forward and reverse speeds as needed for optimal mixing.

8) Power Supply: Switches the instrument's power on or off.
