This instrument is capable of measuring both lime dosage and cement dosage, as well as the effective calcium oxide content in lime.

Instructions

1) Function Selection: This button is used to select different measurement functions, including mV (potentiometer), C1 (lime dosage), C2 (cement dosage), and CaO. It also unlocks the data for viewing.

2) Calibration: Press the calibration button. After 3 seconds, the instrument enters the calibration mode. In this mode, you can tap the calibration button to switch between the calibration items. At this point, you should input the calibration points 1 and 2, which are effective for the process.

3) Automatic Measurement: When the automatic measurement button is pressed, the stirring mechanism starts automatically. After 60 seconds, the stirring stops, and then after 20 seconds, the displayed data will be locked and no longer change. To unlock it, press the function selection key.

4) Clear: This function clears the current voltage reading. It is only available under the mV potentiometer mode and is used to reset the zero point of the voltage, allowing the system to display the difference between two measured potentials.

5) Print: Used to print the current test results. Before using this feature, make sure the printer is powered on, the data cable is properly connected, and the printer has paper and ribbon installed and is online.

6) Start/Stop: This button controls the operation of the stirring motor, starting or stopping it as needed.

7) Speed Control: Adjusts the speed of the mixing motor. You can select forward or reverse speeds from three options.

8) Power Supply: This is the power switch for the instrument.
