Develop and implement lighting standards
Outdoor lighting is divided into two parts: road lighting and landscape lighting. China has successively introduced the "Urban Road Lighting Design Standards" and "Urban Night Lighting Design Standards", in which the various indicators of lighting are specified in more detail. In 2006, Beijing formulated the "Technical Specifications for Urban Night Lighting", which can be said to be a relatively comprehensive local standard and has an important guiding role in the scientific development of urban lighting. It is reported that the Beijing local standard "The first part of the energy-saving requirements for urban lighting equipment: energy-saving requirements for outdoor lighting fixtures" has passed the acceptance test. This standard gives the energy-saving limit value and energy-saving evaluation value of the floodlighting lamps for the first time, which fills the energy saving of urban lighting equipment in China. Dai Deci told the author that although the standards for urban lighting have been introduced, how to apply these standards to standardize urban lighting construction is still a topic. In terms of road lighting, there are two extreme situations in China: the illumination of road lighting in some underdeveloped cities may not meet national standards, which affects normal driving safety; while the road lighting in some developed areas far exceeds the standard. The regulations stipulate that some urban roads are too bright, waste electrical energy, and do not meet the energy-saving requirements. This requires all levels of government to strictly follow the norms and standards for road lighting construction.
In the field of landscape lighting, due to the lack of implementation of standards, some areas of China are still engaged in urban lighting. In many cities, in the landscape lighting, the situation of overflowing light and disturbing light is serious. At night, the searchlights and narrow beam floodlights shine in all directions of the city. The sky and the stars are no longer visible in the sky. Excessive construction of landscape lighting not saves energy, but also destroys the environment, causing light pollution and affecting the physical and mental health of the residents. Therefore, there is an urgent need to strengthen the implementation of landscape lighting standards.
Intelligent control of time-phased and divided sections
During the Beijing Olympics, the surrounding areas of the Olympic venues were brightly lit, which showed the Chinese people's hospitality and the Olympic atmosphere. In addition, the traffic flow and the flow of people were very high, and the lighting standards were improved. However, after the Olympics, drivers and pedestrians may feel that the road lights are too bright in these areas. In this regard, Dai Deci believes that during the post-Olympic period, the lighting can be properly adjusted and the brightness can meet the requirements of the standard. . By extension, road lighting can use different illumination levels in different road sections. The requirements for road contrast of main roads, secondary trunk roads and residential quarters are different. It is possible to determine the road lighting level separately and use different power lamps to design reasonably.
