Pressure gauge checker operation steps:

1. When using the pressure gauge calibrator, please check the pipeline first and use the gas as the pressure transmission medium. Please keep the pipeline clean and not polluted. The liquid as the pressure transmission medium should ensure that there are no gas and impurities in the pipeline. exist.

2. Please put the standard pressure gauge checker "standard instrument" interface.

3. Connect the instrument to be inspected with the high-pressure hose or directly connected.

4. Power on, key: Press “ON” to open, LCD displays measurement status; press “OFF” button, the instrument will shut down and cut off the power.

5. Zero key: Before measurement, press: “Zero” button, the meter automatically collects the zero value of the sensor and sends it to the processor CPU for processing to ensure that the measured data is the actual pressure value.

6. Unit key: After power on, the LCD displays the pressure unit of the current meter. If you press the “unit” button during use, the LCD displays “Psi, Bar, mmHg, Kgf/cm2, MPa, kPa, Pa”.

7. HART button: After pressing, the meter automatically switches to the HART instrument calibration state.

8. Calibrate the instrument to be inspected in accordance with national verification procedures.

Precautions

● The instrument should be placed in a dust-free, non-corrosive environment. If there are special requirements, please indicate in the contract.

● When the meter is not in use, the power should be turned off. When it is not used for a long time, it should be charged once every three months.

● The instrument has sufficient overload capability, but it must not be overloaded. Otherwise, the sensor will be damaged and the instrument will not be used.

●The instrument sensor is a high-precision product. Do not collide with the solid surface of the silicon diaphragm, otherwise the sensor will be damaged.

●Without professional testing skills and special testing equipment, do not open the cover for maintenance, and do not allow adjustment of the internal device replacement materials, otherwise the reliability of the instrument cannot be guaranteed.

● Do not allow other heating elements such as soldering iron to be close to the display to prevent burnt plastic materials.

● Do not scrub the panel with chemical solvents such as gasoline or alcohol.

● Although the instrument has a seismic design, it should be handled with great care, especially when used on site, to avoid falling and colliding.
