When it is invalid, the cutting nozzle should be removed and lightened with fine sandpaper. Grind the cutting head to match the surface until it fits tightly.

3. After the flame is extinguished, when the preheating oxygen regulating valve is adjusted to adjust the flame, if the flame is extinguished immediately, the reason is that there is dirt in the gas passage or the contact of the nozzle of the suction pipe is not strict, and the torch casing and the inside are cut. The mouth is not properly matched. 4. Select the appropriate cutting nozzle and select the appropriate cutting nozzle according to the thickness of the cutting workpiece. When assembling the cutting tip, the inner and outer nozzles must be kept concentric to ensure that the cutting oxygen jet is at the center of the preheating flame, and the tipping nut is tightened when installing the cutting tip.
