1. The Zunyi City Historical City Protection Zone and the Coordination Zone Landscape Lighting Project of Zunyi Road South Extension Line Project Department of Zunyi City Construction Investment Management Co., Ltd. has been approved by Zunyi City Construction Bureau for construction. It is now decided to open tender for the construction of the project and select the contractor.
2. Overview of the bidding project:
2.1 Construction site: Zunyi City Historic City Protection Area and Coordination Area.
2.2 Basic conditions of the bidding project: The first bidding section: the purchase and installation of antique street lamps of Ziyin Road, Court Street, Jiefang Road and West Depression Road; the second bidding section: procurement and installation of garden lights for Shima Road and Persimmon Garden Lane.
2.3 Project funding sources and implementation: financial allocation.
2.4 Planned commencement date: 1900-1-1, planned completion date: 1900-1-1, construction period: 30 calendar days.
2.5 The project quality requirements are in line with the national “Code for Acceptance of Engineering Construction Quality”.
3. Bidding scope: procurement and installation of lighting materials.
4. Any construction enterprise that has the ability to undertake the project of the bidding project and has the required qualifications may apply for pre-qualification to the tenderee for the bidding project (standard section). Only bidders who are qualified for pre-qualification can participate in the bidding.
5. The applicant for bidding shall be a legal person or other organization that has the qualifications for the construction of the city or road lighting engineering professional contractor level 3 or the mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering professional contracting level 3 and above issued by the construction administrative department. All parties that voluntarily form a consortium shall have the corresponding qualifications for undertaking the bidding project; the consortium of enterprises of the same professional shall undertake the project according to the business license scope of the enterprise with low qualification level.
6. Bidding registration
6.1 Registration time of this project: 2009-5-25, 9:00:00 to 2009-5-25, 17:00:00.
6.2 Place for bidding: Zunyi City Construction Engineering Trading Center (No. 5, Dajingkan, Court Street, 8238190).
6.3 The information that should be submitted for registration: the original of the business license or the copy of the business license stamped with the official seal of the legal person and the seal of the legal representative, the original of the qualification certificate or the copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the seal of the legal person and the seal of the legal representative, the original authorization of the legal person’s power of attorney And the ID card of the authorized person. Two copies of the above information will be submitted at the time of registration (with the corporate seal and legal representative seal).
6.4 The bidder may obtain the pre-qualification documents at the registration place during the bidding time.
7. The application for prequalification must be sealed and delivered to the tenderee before 2009-5-27, 9:00:00 (the commissioned bidding will be sent to the tendering agency.). The application form should be clearly indicated on the cover of the application. Applications that are not up to standard or late will be rejected.
8. The tenderee is expected to issue a prequalification notice to qualified bidders on 1900-1-1.
9. Applicants who are qualified to pre-qualify and are invited to participate in the bidding shall purchase the bidding documents and relevant materials from the tenderee or the tendering agency according to the time, place and manner of the notice in the pre-qualification notice.

11. Others: 1. This project allows the consortium to bid, and more than 7 applicants are qualified to prequalify the qualification system; 2.
