HOLTEK pushes down quiescent current detection voltage IC

HOLTEK TinyPower detection voltage IC newly introduced HT70xxA-3 ultra-low quiescent current series, which continues the HT70xxA-1 extremely low quiescent current and high input voltage product characteristics. Compared to the 3uA quiescent current of the HT70xxA-1, the HT70xxA-3 further reduces quiescent current to 1uA, which significantly extends battery life. At the same time, the accuracy of the HT70xxA-3 detection voltage is increased to ±2%, and the input withstand voltage is also increased to 30V. Coupled with the built-in hysteresis circuit design and low temperature coefficient characteristics to ensure the stable output voltage detection, so HT70xxA-3 can support better features, more sophisticated and wider application areas.

The HT70xxA-3 is a tripod voltage detector manufactured using CMOS technology. This series of voltage detectors provides eight voltage detection specification options. The external code xx represents the detection voltage specification, ranging from 2.2V to 8.2V. The operating temperature of the chip is -40°C~+85°C. The package is available in TO92, SOT23-5 and SOT89 packages. The HT70xxA-3 is suitable for a variety of voltage measurement applications such as white goods, handheld products, video converter boxes, and medical, measurement, and security systems.
