2016 Overseas Social Media Marketing Tender Announcement (Recruitment)

As entrusted by the Marketing Committee of China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Agent"), the following tendering projects will be open tendered and qualified bidders will be invited to submit sealed bids. The relevant matters are as follows:

1. Overview of the bidding project
With the continuous development of the economy, cross-border travel or international business exchanges are becoming more common. In order to expand overseas markets and attract overseas visitors, China Southern began to develop overseas social media business in 2015. Through interactive marketing activities, it was diverted to the official website to make a real contribution to the promotion of sales outside of Nanhai. To increase fans, increase official website traffic and promote sales. The transformation will further open up the overseas market and plans to launch a South Coastal Social Media Project in 2016.

2. Project work content
This project requires professional companies with relevant qualifications to provide overseas social media marketing services for China Southern Airlines. The content includes but is not limited to the development and use of overseas social media platforms and tools, marketing planning services, advertisement placement, daily operations, data tracking analysis, and precision. Marketing and other services have reached the goal of increasing the number of fans, readings, and sales of CSN’s social media.
4, service requirements
(1) The bidder shall have a dedicated overseas social media marketing planning team that provides, but is not limited to, event creation, writing and execution of marketing plans, creative planning and execution of advertising, analysis of advertising effectiveness, marketing tool and system development, and promotional materials. Services such as offering, prize purchase and delivery.
(2) The bidder shall have a data monitoring and tracking system, including but not limited to user data mining analysis, user group tagging, visitor behavior analysis, secondary marketing, and precision push.
(3) The bidders shall have the daily operation and maintenance capabilities of overseas social media platforms and systems, and provide such services as promotional soft papers, templates and advertising material design, public opinion monitoring, member maintenance, and daily operation guarantees.
(4) The bidder shall analyze the social media data in the form of statements according to the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and provide resident services upon request;
(5) The bidders should provide external resource promotion services, including cooperation with other corporate social media to promote, plan joint marketing activities, etc.
Second, bidder qualification requirements
The bidders who participate in the bidding for this project must meet the following requirements:
1. Must have an independent legal personality in mainland China. The registration date is as early as December 1, 2014 (regarding the registration date of the business license). The registered capital is RMB 5 million or more.
2. The project leader is engaged in social media marketing related services for no less than three years.
3. The bidder needs to be a professional overseas social media marketing company and has advanced operational management tools.
4. There are overseas social media marketing experience cases for related enterprises and institutions such as the Tourism Bureau or the tourism industry and aviation industry. When submitting a bid, please provide the key page of the contract (cover page, content page, contract amount page, and stamped page as the supporting documents:) The previous contract contractor provided by the contractor should be the same as the current bidder or the bidder’s holding subsidiary. The contractual contracting parties of the past are the controlled subsidiaries of the bidder. Please provide the relevant equity confirmation documents and affix the official seal. In the evaluation process, it is necessary to give a real introduction to the past successful cases that have been provided.
5. This project does not accept bids from the Consortium, and cannot be subcontracted or subcontracted.
