The length of the imported lining section is 10.3 meters, and the exit lining section. It is 19.3 meters long. The other parts of the cavern are not lining. Cement concrete pavement is used in the tunnel.

3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The tender requires bidders to be qualified as domestic independent legal persons, possessing Grade A and higher qualifications for general contracting for highway engineering construction, and possessing enterprise safety production licenses issued by the provincial or above construction administrative department. The project manager is qualified for highway engineering. Registered as a constructor and/or above, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.
3.2 Comply with the provisions of the "PRC Bidding Law", "PRC Government Procurement Law" and relevant laws and regulations.
3.3 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Commonwealth.
