Taiwan LED packaging factory Huaxing Electronics mainly uses low-temperature lighting products to cultivate the European and American markets, while in mainland China, it mainly focuses on LED packaging components. Huaxing said that the company has been actively cultivating the customers of the existing mainland power plants this year. At the same time, unlike the previous orders for packaged components, Huaxing obtained the order for the LED backlight module of the high-end models in August this year, and then received the order. Orders of the order, followed by the development of 7-8 orders, prompted Huaxing to ship to the mainland market from LED packaging components to module finished products, which became one of the main reasons for the company's gross profit margin to rebound to 30%.
Huaxing pointed out that the company's business can be divided into three major regional markets, namely China, North America, other Asian regions and Europe, each accounting for one-third of the revenue. Among them, the North American region is mainly LED low-temperature lighting products. Other Asian regions and Europe mainly use indoor lighting and packaging components for factories.
As for the mainland market, Huaxing said that in the past, the company considered the competition in the mainland market to be fiercely competitive, and the products were easily copied. Therefore, the company focused on low-margin and low-tech LED package components, but the situation has gradually changed from this year, mainly to the company. Long-term cooperation between home power plant customers released the high-end model backlight module in June, which was ordered in August due to quality rather than price, so the company also re-examined the mainland market and shipped products from Low-margin package components go to high-margin module products.
