Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This specification is formulated for the purpose of designing and implementing the power supply and distribution system to implement the national technical and economic policies, ensuring personal safety, reliable power supply, advanced technology and economic rationality.
Article 1.0.2 This specification applies to the design of new and expanded power supply and distribution systems of 110KV and below.
Article 1.0.3 The design of the power supply and distribution system must proceed from the overall situation and take care of all aspects. According to the nature of the load, the capacity of electricity, the characteristics of the project and the power supply conditions of the area, the design plan should be reasonably determined.
Article 1.0.4 The design of power supply and distribution system should be based on the characteristics, scale and development plan of the project, and should be combined in the near future.
Article 1.0.5 The design of power supply and distribution system shall adopt electrical products with high efficiency, low energy consumption and advanced performance in line with relevant national standards.
Article 1.0.6 In addition to complying with this specification, the design of the power supply and distribution system shall comply with the relevant national standards and norms.
