According to diesel conversion, the fuel efficiency of Class B F-CELL can reach more than 33.3km/L, and the cruising range is about 400km. Unlike electric vehicles, the restrictions on driving distance are small. However, there are only about 200 hydrogen supply stations for fuel cell vehicles in the world. How to expand the hydrogen supply infrastructure is a big problem. The plan is to transport mobile hydrogen storage tanks from Linde, Germany, to supply hydrogen fuel. Daimler will call for the expansion of hydrogen infrastructure.
The team from Stuttgart will travel south first, via Paris, France, Barcelona, ​​Spain and Madrid, to Lisbon, Portugal.
