1 Establishing high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker file enterprises, especially those using multiple high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, record management is very necessary. The contents of the archives should not be uniform, and should be treated separately according to the frequency of use and occasions. For example, the file of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker that controls a frequently-started high-voltage asynchronous motor can be built (main content): production date, number of switch breaks, replacement components Name, visual defect and development speed, maintenance and repair date and content. Another example is the construction of a high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker file of the mother unit. In addition to the above, it has to be added: the time of running the trip, the load condition, the exit running time and the overheating of the contact.
One of the purposes of creating a file is to facilitate comparison and provide a reference. If some unrecoverable defects are compared with the records of the previous inspection, if the defects are found to develop, the visual site is considered to be put into operation. For example, the last voltage test of an insulator on a l0kV handcart of our company was recorded on November 4, 1998. The 35kV DC withstand voltage was good for 15min. The boost was 42kV DC for 0.5min. The pressure was reduced to 37kV. The pressure resistance is good for 1.5min and can be put into use. The next pressure test was recorded as follows: On April 5, 1999, 35kV DC 1.5min had a discharge sound, and the voltage was boosted to 37kV. After comparison, it is considered that this insulator cannot be put into operation.
2 Establish a reasonable maintenance plan through the establishment of documents. In the enterprise, the general production tasks are arranged tightly, and the power outage time is not allowed to be too long. This requires that the high-voltage electrical appliances must be fast, which puts forward the rationality of the preparation and maintenance plan - the factory has high requirements, and if the plan is reasonable and targeted, it must be based on the records of the archives and the daily operational experience. The daily operation experience varies from person to person, so the preparation of the maintenance plan should mainly rely on the archive data.
For the high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers that are regularly inspected, there are the following aspects: The ones that need to be repaired once a year are:
1) Check the appearance of the transmission mechanism of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, clean the grease, tighten the lubricating grease; tighten the loose fasteners; check the transmission mechanism to ensure the reliable separation of the circuit breaker; It is cleaned to ensure safe operation; grease is applied to make the mechanism flexible and reduce friction and wear.
2) Check whether the core of the closing coil is stuck, whether the closing work meets the requirements, and the scorpion is over dead (the dead point is too large to cause the opening of the brake, and when it is too small, it is easy to fall off).
Pin condition: Whether the sheet pin is worn too thin; whether the column pin is bent or there is a possibility of falling off.
4) Buffer: Whether the hydraulic buffer leaks oil, the oil is small or loses its function; the spring buffer works. 5) Whether the tripping iron core activity is free. 6) Whether the insulating member has visible defects. If there is any defect, the insulation should be measured with a 2500V shaker to determine whether it is replaced and recorded.
7) Use the double-arm bridge to measure the DC resistance of the switch after closing (should not be greater than 40μΩ) and record it. If it is greater than μΩ, replace the arc extinguishing chamber. 8) Check the arc chamber for cracks and internal parts for aging. 9) Check the secondary circuit and measure the insulation resistance of the secondary line.
It takes 1 year to overhaul 1 time:
1) Closing time: DC electromagnetic is not more than 0.15s, spring energy storage is not more than 0.15s; opening time is not more than 0.06s; the time of three opening is less than 2ms;
2) Closing contact bounce time ≤ 5ms;
3) The average closing speed is 0.55m/s±0.15m/s;
4) Average opening speed (before contact with oil buffer) 1m/s±0.3m/sc
Measure the rated insulation level, generally only measure lmin power frequency withstand voltage 42kV, no flashover; unconditional can not do vacuum measurement, but must carry out phase-to-phase and break-to-frequency voltage withstand test, requiring 42kV or higher (no power frequency condition Can be replaced by DC). The use of vacuum circuit breakers for 5 to 10 years requires the manufacturer to clear the contact opening distance, contact stroke, oil buffer buffer stroke, phase-to-center distance, three-way trip synchronization, closing contact contact pressure, bounce time, The static and dynamic contacts accumulate the allowable wear thickness and the like.
