In his speech, Zhang Xiaofei deeply analyzed the problems in the technology, cost and market of LED indoor lighting applications. He pointed out that many technical indicators of LED lights have not yet reached the level of popular application. In theory, the life of LED lights can reach 80,000-100,000. More than an hour, but currently only 20,000 hours can be reached technically. In addition, the high cost of LED is the most important obstacle, and the immature supply market itself, the imperfect market construction, and insufficient consumer awareness have all hindered the popularization of LED lamps in various fields.
Based on this, Zhang Xiaofei proposed solutions: improving light efficiency, large-scale production, reducing LED production costs; improving LED packaging technology, improving light extraction efficiency, and solving heat dissipation problems of high-power LEDs; improving the quality of chip epitaxial materials and improving internal quality Quantum efficiency and luminous efficiency, develop new technologies to improve the color temperature and color rendering coefficient of LEDs.
