Analysis of the cause of the failure of the inverter running for a period of time

The inverter runs for a period of time and stops alarming. The alarm message is overheated. The maintenance personnel have various searches (not the equipment of this unit), and have not been able to detect the fault. The reasons for the faults handled by the author are as follows:

1. The fan does not turn (the fan is damaged, the bearing is damaged, the 12V plug is not in good contact, the internal 12V power supply is faulty, etc.).

2. The radiator groove is blocked by dust.

3. Only one case has been handled. The load current is large, causing an overheat alarm. When the inverter is running, the air volume of the radiator should be checked frequently. In the dust environment, pay attention to regularly clean the radiator.

Repaired two inverters with input current limiting resistors. One is that the relay of the short-circuit current limiting resistor does not operate, and the current-limiting resistor is blown because the triode of the driving relay is damaged; the other is that the short-circuit relay contact is damaged.
