Foreword
To be honest, I have to admit that this product hasn't been particularly useful for me. At work, it's completely redundant. Honestly, it doesn't add much to my daily life either—I don't even bother teasing it!

But why did I still end up purchasing it? Well, it was dirt cheap! (Perhaps this is a case of succumbing to the "Samut Aunt Cabbage Syndrome"?). For those interested in buying, here’s the link—both Tmall and JD.com have their own listings.

Out of the Box
The packaging is quite simple, with a white box that features a security code printed on the top-right corner. You can verify its authenticity by calling or visiting the website, though scanning the QR code would be more convenient.

After logging onto the verification website, the first result confirmed that it was indeed authentic since I bought it directly from the official flagship store.

The second query showed how many times the anti-counterfeit code had been checked, adding another layer of reassurance.
On the back of the box, there are QR codes for the official WeChat account and the JD flagship store, along with the manufacturer’s details.
The side of the box clearly lists the product’s basic information, including the name, model, laser color, and color options. The last digit might represent the production date.
Inside, there are three primary items: a storage pouch, the laser pointer itself, and the instruction manual.
The storage pouch features the Nuowei logo prominently.
The Connaught N26C laser pointer comes in black, with three buttons on the front. The "page down" button has a blind spot design to help prevent accidental activation.
The brand logo and product model are printed underneath the device.
On the side, there's a power switch.
There’s a hazard warning label on the back, with an emphasis in the user manual about avoiding direct eye exposure to Class 3R laser pointers.
The middle compartment on the back contains a battery compartment with a 7th battery.
The back cover feels slightly loose, not sealed tightly.
At the top of the pen body is the light source emission point, with a red laser.
The USB receiver is located at the bottom of the storage area, featuring a magnetic design to prevent accidental loss.

Use
The Connaught N26C laser pointer supports Prezi, Microsoft Office, WPS, and other software platforms, compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems. I conducted some basic tests using the most common "Windows 7 + PowerPoint" setup.
Both the page up/down and full-screen black-out functions worked perfectly fine.
Signal reception was flawless, with no instances of operational insensitivity.
The manual specifies that the black-screen function requires switching the input method to English, but I didn’t experience any issues regardless of the input method.
I haven’t tested the official claim of a 100-meter control distance, but over 7-8 meters indoors, it performed without issue. Under bright sunlight, the laser could still be seen on the curtain from a distance of 8 meters.

In Summary

1. Affordable—9.9 yuan is truly a良心product.
2. Supports multiple operating systems and software, offering comprehensive functionality.
3. USB receiver with magnetic attachment ensures easy storage.
4. Blind-spot design prevents misuse while in use.

However, there are minor imperfections in certain details, like the slightly loose battery compartment cover (at 9.9 yuan, I feel like I’m pushing the limits here).

All things considered, for just 9.9 yuan with free shipping, it’s a great deal. Even though some details aren’t perfect, as long as the overall quality is solid, it’s worth having around the house. For those looking for absolute value, this fits the bill!
